• We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• 1+ years experience of RECENT ICU RN in acute care hospital setting required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

• For Day Shift: $10k
• For Night Shift: $15k
