• Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
• Use proper table-setting techniques.
• Serve on the tray line, placing foods on the resident's trays according to the instructions on the menu.
• Check menus for diet, serving size, and any written instructions.
• Assure all work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Dining Services.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents and guests
• Perform all assigned tasks by our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.
• Follow work assignments, and work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks.

• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes as required. Attend and participate in scheduled orientation programs and activities.
• Attend and participate in facility in-servicing programs as instructed.
