Job DescriptionRetail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, create energy and excitement around our products and services, and demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the first focus.
They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new relationships and deepening existing ones, uncovering customer needs, and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
- Help customers complete their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all functions, from sales and inventory to program implementation.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and emerging IoT devices.
- Maintain the store at its best, approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Demonstrate coverage and the benefits of Lightning‑fast LTE network.
- Explain how plans enable unlimited, loved, and connected experiences.
- Showcase device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, and processes.
- Partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless environment.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Build strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success.
- Leadership qualities.

- Prior wireless sales experience.

- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Reliable transportation
- Full‑time (45 hrs) availability
