Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, run the register, handle cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and support the food program.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis, providing entry‑level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service throughout the store.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Preferred Experience:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Entry‑level management experience
  
  Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place/remove signs
