Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Optician role located in Sanford, FL. The Licensed Optician will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, performing fittings, and meeting their eye care needs. Responsibilities include educating customers on lens options, ensuring proper optical measurements, performing adjustments and repairs, Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid and current optician license, must be available full time and work most weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment
