Outside Sales, Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

• High school diploma/GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and persistence

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
