Location: Sanford, FL |
Pay Rate: $16.19 / Hour |
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, Full‑time

• Provide customer service to clients, carrying out security procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations while problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor for and report any unusual or security‑related activity in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, incidents, and patrols.
• Remain alert to respond to emergencies per Allied Universal's protocols.
• Operate authorized firearms responsibly and in compliance with laws and company guidelines.

• At least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Participation in security training programs required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Applicants with criminal histories may be considered per applicable laws.
