We’re looking for an experienced Backhoe Operator to join our crew. In this role, you’ll operate backhoes and excavators to perform trenching, grading, pipe laying, and other sitework tasks. If you’re a skilled operator with a strong safety mindset and enjoy working as part of a team, this is the opportunity for you.

• Safely operate backhoes/excavators for trenching, grading, and excavation.
• Review plans and daily assignments with field managers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling.
• Ensure jobsite safety, including trench protection and safe equipment operation.
• Work closely with other operators and site crews to complete projects efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of operating experience required.
• Valid driver’s license (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• Experience with GPS Trimble Earthworks a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Able to work outdoors all day in varying weather and terrain conditions.
