AC Installer (Sanford, FL) – Strada Services

We are seeking a skilled AC Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new residential construction homes in Sanford, FL.

The AC Installer will install HVAC equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company standards.

• Install ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bathroom fans.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on all installations.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job‑related knowledge and skills.
• Communicate with personnel to discuss project details.
• Operate a company vehicle as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report.
• Proficiency with hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of components.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to possess and use hand and power tools for job duties.
• Ability to complete tasks within company standards timeframe.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience installing ductwork or HVAC equipment independently in residential homes.

• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs at times.
