** Heavy Equipment Operator – Sanford Recycling & Transfer Station*

** Sanford, FL   
** Pay Range:** $18.00 – $20.00/hour (DOE)

* Schedule:

** Day Shift | Monday–Friday + Occasional Saturdays | 45–55 hrs/week
** Weekly Pay + Time and a Half for All Hours Over 40!

* What You’ll Do:

** Operate
** Excavators, Loaders, and Floater equipment
** to move, spread, and level waste on the tipping floor   Keep the site running smooth and safe for truck unloading   Perform
** pre-trip and post-trip inspections
** like a pro   Maintain a clean, organized work area   Pitch in with site maintenance when needed### ###
** What It Takes:**
* ** Experience operating Excavators and Floater equipment** (used for spreading and leveling waste)
* Skilled with loaders or similar heavy equipment
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Team player with a strong work ethic
* Must be able to lift
** 50 lbs repeatedly
*** Clean driving record preferred### ###
