You lead by example whether you are hands‑on while running point for a team or working independently in the field. From start to finish, you uphold safety and quality standards and ensure accurate documentation on every project.

• Oversee and perform emergency water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
• Set up, operate, and monitor mitigation and drying equipment
• Remediate areas damaged by water, fire, or mold
• Provide guidance to crew members while working alongside them
• Ensure EPA, OSHA, and local safety compliance, including proper PPE use
• Document job progress, complete sketches, humidity/psychrometry records, and drying objectives
• Inspect work as needed for quality, safety, and compliance
• Maintain, repair, and track equipment and consumables
• Keep company vehicle stocked, clean, and ready for use

• Current IICRC certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Desire to grow and ownership mentality
• Understanding of basic job site safety

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and occasionally climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in extreme hot, cold and humid conditions
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, including inclement weather
• Ability to work in a construction environment
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high; ear protection worn as needed
