We are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities and Duties- Perform any and all property maintenance needs.
- Prepare apartments for new residents.
- Complete work orders.
- Basic carpentry.
- Plumbing.
- Electrical systems.
- Mechanical systems.
- Small appliance repair.
- Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas.
- HVAC service and repair (willing to train).
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash.

- Maintenance or "handyman" experience.
- Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multimeter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight).
- Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
