Responsibilities
  • Understand and follow the company’s operating procedures and safety policies.
  • Take and understand instructions from the field superintendent.
  • Perform tasks safely and with quality.
  • Accept responsibility for company property and equipment; maintain and operate that equipment in a clean, safe, and mechanically sound condition.
  • Accurately and legibly complete all required paperwork, including time sheets, maintenance records, travel logs, DOT paperwork, ISO documentation, etc.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively with a field team.
Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
  • Fluent English speaking and understanding.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Holders a valid CDL and a driving record consistent with company requirements.
  • Maintain required certifications, including safety certifications such as Confined Space, Competent Person, 10 and/or 30 OSHA, traffic control, etc.; and job‑related certifications such as PACP.
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screen and adhere to company policy regarding such.
  • Work in a manner that does not jeopardize the health and safety of self, other employees, or the general public.
Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements
  • Travel out of town for extended periods.
  • Work with resin and chemicals associated with the installation of cured‑in‑place liners (MSDS available).
  • Stand much of the day and walk on uneven ground.
  • Use proper lifting technique to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and carry it for at least 50 feet; lift up to 100 pounds periodically; lift 20–40 pounds overhead; direct lift up to 100 pounds; pull heavy rope‑like loads.
  • Enter and exit structures (manholes, vaults, etc.) and safely work within confined spaces according to applicable safety guidelines.
  • Work in elevated situations; ascend and descend a minimum 25′ ladder.
  • Bend, turn at the waist, squat, walk and drag material (hose).
  • Safely utilize cutting devices including hand saws and razor knives; install pipe plugs on sanitary, storm, and process pipelines in wet environments.
  • Drive a heavy truck for minimally one to two hours each day.
  • Work in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Work overtime when required.
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to lift more than 60 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
General Information
  • All employees must undergo a pre‑employment background check and substance screening process prior to being considered for employment.
  • Must be comfortable working outside year‑round in all weather types.
  • Exposure to varying levels of physical activity (standing, crouching, walking, crawling). Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs or more.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shift, holidays, overtime, weekends as needed
