Facilities​/HVAC Technician

Could you be the full-time onsite Manager of Train Operations in Sanford, US we’re looking for?

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility related equipment.
• Performs troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on facility related equipment.
• Performs inspections and corrective maintenance at passenger rail stations.
• Possesses NORAC Rules training and provides flagging protection for contracted work party access along the Right of Way of Sunrail.
• Performs other tasks necessary to the safe and efficient operation of railroad as assigned.

• Must exercise safety in the use of hand tools, equipment and work environment.
• Must be willing to accept and actively participate in skills training.
• Must have physical dexterity, good hand/eye coordination and be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work varied hours, holidays and weekends.
• Preferred experience in construction/remodeling field.
• Preferred experience in electrical and/or HVAC field.
• High School Diploma and 1 year of technical training.

1 year with formal technical diploma or 5 years without a formal technical diploma.
