HVAC Apprentice

We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice to join our field team and learn the trade from the ground up. This is a hands-on role: you’ll work alongside licensed, experienced technicians on real installs, repairs, and maintenance calls, building the skills and experience you need to become a technician in your own right. Whether you just finished HVAC school or you’re looking to break into the trade, we’ll invest in your training and give you a clear path forward.

• Assist licensed technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Learn to diagnose system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related problems
• Help transport, set up, and organize tools, parts, and equipment on job sites
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, and system inspections under supervision
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols on every job
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers in their homes and businesses
• Keep accurate notes on work performed and parts used
• Take on more responsibility as your skills develop, with the goal of working toward technician status

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
