- The Fueler is responsible for fueling and servicing aircraft and the safe and efficient operation of equipment used in fueling aircraft in an exterior work environment that involves diverse weather conditions. To provide a clean, professional fleet of aircraft for flight training.
- Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner
- Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
- Perform daily quality and control checks on equipment
- Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition
- Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel
- Communicates via handheld radios with Dispatch and Aircraft Maintenance
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
- To wash aircraft exteriors using proper methods and techniques.
- To clean aircraft interiors, including vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
- Monitor aircraft cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisor when more supplies are needed.
- Coordinate with company dispatch to ensure aircraft detailing does not interfere with scheduled flight training.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work outside.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Possess/Maintain a Valid Driver’s License and other airport required identification or authorizations
- Valid State Issued Driver License with Clean Driving Record
- High School diploma or 1‑3 months of related experience or training
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb
- Must be able to lift to 100 pounds
- Ability to add and subtract basic numbers
- Ability to work well interdepartmentally
