Lingo Staffing is Hiring
- Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Sanford, FL to Start ASAP!
The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, order processing, and material handling. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring shipments are processed efficiently.
Pay &Schedule:
- $18.00 per hour
- 1st Shift
- Monday
- Thursday: 5:00AM - 4:00PM - Optional overtime on Fridays.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and ERP inventory records.
- Previous shipping, receiving, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, ERP systems, and inventory management is a plus.
- Prepare, package, label, and ship orders using Fed Ex, UPS, and freight carrier shipping systems.
- Accurately pick, locate, organize, and distribute materials for production orders and inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move and organize materials.
- Utilize digital counting scales to verify quantities and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform shipping and receiving transactions using computer systems and ERP software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and material handling guidelines.
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good communication skills.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk throughout the shift.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
