We are committed to providing high‑quality child care and comprehensive education, health and well‑being services to children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Base pay range
: $18.57/hr - $18.57/hr

Sign‑on bonus
: $5,000, payable in four installments ($1,000 after completion of months 3, 6, 9 & $2,000 after 1 year - external applicants only).

• Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs.
• Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers.
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families.
• Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care.
• Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom.

• Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred).
• Have experience working with children in a center‑based setting; prior experience working with families preferred.
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.
• Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
