Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months of separation from employment

The Radiation Therapist I delivers routine radiation treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist and in partnership with an experienced therapist. Assists with clinical set-ups and image guidance, supports patient care and room readiness, documents accurately, and escalates concerns promptly.

• Education: Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program; minimum of Associate’s degree required.

  State license as Radiation Therapist required. ARRT‑R.T.(T) certification required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
