Pool Technician

Pool Scouts of Greater Seminole County is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Service Technicians. No experience required. If you’re trustworthy and reliable, we’ll train you to service our customers’ swimming pools.
Part-time and full-time positions available with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour!

Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is “Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor.” Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, and verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We’re professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers!

• Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum & skim the pool
• Ensure a clean pool deck
• Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
• Offer best-in-class customer service

• Hard-working with a can-do attitude
• Reliable and demonstrates initiative
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
• Previous pool experience and/or mechanical inclination helpful but not required
• Will actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
