General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead a high‑volume McDonald’s restaurant located in the Midcoast, Central, or Southern Maine region. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety.

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety.
• Set restaurant goals in collaboration with the Area Supervisor and create a plan to achieve those goals aligned with the McDonald’s PACE system.
• Lead a team of Shift and Department Managers, set their goals, follow up on progress and provide coaching to improve their Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a team that can lead into the future.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• McDonald’s Hamburger University graduate. Technical experience with OTP2 or OTP3 certifications is desired.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail strongly desired.

Salary: $55,000+ with Bonus Program
