Responsibilities- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
