Insurance Sales, Sales Representative
Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus is getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing training and support for success.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments – 6‑8 hours per week: reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research – 4‑5 hours per week: review client information to customize options for death or disability protection.
- Meeting with Families – 2 days per week: meet clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help apply for coverage.
- Administrative – 2 hours per week: follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition, we offer premium financial products, an uncapped commission, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
