Sales Representative, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales representative to manage active customer accounts, including inter-company, and provide positive representation to potential customers. This position will assist with production workflow to maximize sales, income and customer contact goals while delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities- Strong customer service skills - customer service certification required

- Solid understanding of commercial tire industry – Certified Sullivan Commercial Training
