ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled maintenance services for residents. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and perform turnover work within 3–5 business days.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, tool inventory, and keeping work areas clean. This is a full-time on-site role with growth potential within the company.
