As a Warehouse Specialist at Ligonier Ministries, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to equip Christians to articulate what they believe and why they believe it. You will be responsible for various warehouse-related tasks, ensuring that our conferences and events run seamlessly.

• Warehouse Management:
  Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and orderliness of the warehouse and optimize the layout to meet departmental needs.
• Inventory Management:
  Keep meticulous records of our inventory, including conference supplies, equipment, departmental storage, and non‑inventory items like perishables, cards, brochures, Tabletalk, and more.
• Receiving and Shipping:
  Manage the receipt and shipment of items to and from conferences and events, including packing, repairing, and replacing items to ensure materials arrive in top condition.
• Logistical Support:
  Assist in the setup and teardown of Ligonier conferences, third‑party conferences, and Sanford events.
• Mail Duties Backup:
  Step in and handle mail duties when the primary mail person is unavailable.
• Campus Support:
  Provide logistical support between Ligonier campuses by traveling between Lake Mary and Sanford as needed.
• Other Duties:
  Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

• Agreement with Ligonier’s General Statement of Faith
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. or more repeatedly
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the year
• Authorized to work in the United States

Hourly pay range: $16 – $18. Final salary will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
