CAD Designer – Capital Projects (Pharmaceutical Facility)

• Create, update, and maintain precise AutoCAD drawings for site‑wide capital projects.
• Ensure drawings meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, piping, and architectural disciplines to deliver accurate, compliant designs.
• Support project workflows, documentation, and coordination to keep projects on track.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (1–2 years of experience).
• Ability to interpret drawings for electrical, mechanical, piping, and utility systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA standards, and capital project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit is a plus.

• Hybrid schedule:
  On‑site during training (4 days/week), then only 2 days/week.
• First‑shift hours (8 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Fri) for work‑life balance.

Contract position based out of Sanford, NC.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
