SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - WESTFIELD REHABILITATION AND HEALTH CENTER
Liberty Health invites you to join our multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation environment. We promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.
ResponsibilitiesWork with a multidisciplinary team to insur a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
- Previous rehab SNF experience preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
Background checks/drug-free workplace.
