We are seeking dedicated and experienced medical professionals to provide high-quality urgent care services across multiple locations. This vital role involves managing a diverse patient population, including both adults and pediatric patients, and performing a range of minor procedures in a fast-paced environment. As a key provider in our healthcare network, you will play a crucial role in delivering immediate, compassionate care while working independently within a collaborative team.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in primary and urgent care settings
- Current board certification (PA, Family NP, or NP) and valid certifications including BLS
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to treat all patients independently as the sole provider
- Strong soft skills with excellent communication and patient interaction
- Competence in performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigation
- Capable of managing a patient volume of up to 40 patients per day (average 20)
- Ability to work within a 65-mile radius of home residence based on location needs
- Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages (6 months and up)
Skills:
- Experience with offsite supervision or working with multidisciplinary teams
- Additional certifications related to urgent care procedures
- Familiarity with EMR systems beyond Epic
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical workflows and settings
Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- At least 12 months of recent urgent care or primary care clinical experience
- Board certification (NCCPA for PA, ANCC or AANP for NP)
- No travel or call requirements
- Willingness to support multiple urgent care locations within the specified radius
- Availability to start on 09/12/2025 with availability listed in bid presentations
- Complete EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
