Radiology Tech full time DAYs -
Central Carolina
Performs radiographic procedures and produces radiographic images for interpretation by a radiologist. Performs radiographic procedures (general diagnostic procedures, fluoroscopic procedures, interventional procedures, operating room and portable exams, and bone densitometry) according to departmental protocols, policies and procedures and established standards of practice. Will actively function in one of the following modalities in addition to general radiography (Mammography, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI) – must complete clinical competencies for modality.
Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor reflective of medical ethics. Assesses and monitors patients, and provides appropriate patient care.
Radiographers who staff shifts other than first shifts must achieve Rad. Tech II status with competency in CT within 6 months of employment.
SCHEDULE is MON‑FRI, DAY shift and includes holiday and call rotation.
Qualifications Education- Required:
Training commensurate with ARRT Certification - Preferred:
Advanced Modality Training
- Required:
Previous radiology experience in a health care setting - Preferred:
Previous experience in additional modality
- Required:
ARRT Certification in Radiography - Preferred: ARRT Advanced Certification in additional Modality

CPR according to CCH policy - Required:
