We are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Tech to perform sonography procedures for the diagnosis of medical conditions
. This role requires collaboration with radiologists for biopsy and drainage procedures
, as well as high-level probe disinfection following department protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional judgment, uphold medical ethics, and provide appropriate patient care while maintaining high imaging standards.
- Perform ultrasound imaging procedures as per departmental protocols and best practices.
- Assist radiologists with biopsy and drainage procedures
. - Ensure proper high-level disinfection of ultrasound probes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
. - Provide patient care, assessment, and monitoring throughout imaging procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program and ARDMS registry eligible (Must obtain registry within 9 months of hire
).
OR ARRT registry with ultrasound credential
.
American Heart Association BLS Certification (Must be obtained within 30 days of hire
).
