We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve patients in Seminole and Orange counties in BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division.

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Develop close relationships with clients while helping with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry, bed making, and other household support as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises and ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate.

• HHA Certificate of 75 Hours or CNA License.
• CPR Certificate from an in-person class.
• One year of work experience in any industry.
• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
