Job Description:

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Work on development tasks assigned by the Client following the best practices.
• Coordination with offshore team to ensure quality of deliverable.
• Coordinate with offshore team to fix system issues.
• Coordinate with offshore managers to support plan and execute the projects.
• Coordinate with client project teams and business users to gather system enhancement requirements, document them as functional specification document.
• Troubleshoot production system issues and provide fixes to such issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of system issues and design permanent fix for repetitive problems.
• Participate in development lifecycle of system enhancements like coding, unit and system testing, user acceptance testing and coordination with offshore team and client stakeholders
• Status reporting and communication with client and Cognizant stakeholders
• Experience on iWay integration Suite or similar integration tool (like Tibco, Web Methods etc.).
• Understanding of enterprise application Integration concepts
• Good knowledge on SQL
• Good knowledge on transfer protocols (eg: FTP,HTTP,SFTP)
• Good knowledge over XML modeling and XSLT,XPATH,XSD and Web services
• Basic knowledge on SAP iDocs, Java Concepts
