Position: Machine Operator (Warm Form) - B Shift

Role Purpose

Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and other steps along a production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating Machine or Equipment – Operate semi‑complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to improve efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production problems.
  • Operations Management – Carry out operational tasks by following established processes, adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards.
  • Equipment Changeover – Carry out changeover of one or more equipment, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.
  • Equipment Total Productive Maintenance – Conduct TPM checks and activities, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.
  • Quality – Perform simple testing and quality assurance tasks.
  • Health, Safety and Environment – Follow mandatory procedures and use of personal protective equipment where relevant to safeguard the environment and wellbeing of oneself and others.
  • Operational Compliance – Follow procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards and adheres to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
  • Work Scheduling and Allocation – Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.
