Payscale: $21.70 per hour, with a potential quarterly goal‑sharing program. The 1st Shift runs Monday‑Friday 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, with overtime as business needs require.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, overtime as business needs require.

• Use various tools, including robotic and manual MIG weld machines.
• Inspect own work, performing quality checks with weld and attribute gauges and other measuring tools.
• Perform in‑station repair on defective welds using carbon air‑arc process, grinders, etc.
• Clear common robotic welding system faults.
• Lift heavy components (up to 35 lbs) to position fabricated metal parts in weld fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance (wire change, tip/nozzle change).
• Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings, and blueprints to perform safe, defect‑free operations.
• Apply CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
• Be responsible for process and final inspections.

• Welding operation experience.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Blueprint reading experience.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player, multi‑trained.
• Effective communication skills.
