• 1st Shift: Monday‑Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Overtime as business needs require
• 1st Shift Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor.

• Operating Compact Track Loaders (CTLs)
• Move and store prime product from production line to storage
• Safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center
• Work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instructions
• Read and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents
• Train others in Standard Work
• Follow documented procedures and standard work to move machines to correct locations
• Apply CPS principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Safely move prime product into confined areas and secure for transportation

• Frequent lifting and carrying of boxes up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15‑30 minutes
• Work in tight spaces
• Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
• Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15‑30 minutes

• Possess a valid driver license

• Caterpillar product knowledge (CTL)
• Some experience operating heavy machinery, preferably CTL
