We have an opportunity for an Injection Molding Machine B15/CNC Operator to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be setting up and preparing your machine for each production run and monitoring production to ensure quality during the process.

• Setting up and preparing machine for each production run and monitoring production to ensure quality during the process.
• Check parts to ensure they are correct per BOM and pick list.
• Ability to assemble a product.
• Prior knowledge and use of hand tools and gauges.
• Proper use of lift devices for manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work or be trained on multiple machines.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Rotating every 4 hours and standing for 8 hours.

3rd shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am, Sunday through Thursday (plus overtime and weekends if needed).

Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay will be from $17.00 per hour plus 8% of shift premium. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
