McCarthy Fabrication LLC (MFAB) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Painter at MFAB, you will play a crucial role in priming and painting steel rails and stairs as well as engaging in various projects involving steel and aluminum fabrication as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces and applying paint to steel rails and other steel/aluminum projects.
- Operating, maintaining HPLV and airless spray systems
- Maintaining and managing paint inventory.
- Meeting and exceeding production goals and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and ever-changing production environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
Schedule:
- Part time schedule - Project schedules pre-determine working days.
