Pilgrim’s is hiring for Production Hourly 1st and 2nd Shift in Sanford, NC. This role focuses on safely operating a fast-paced production line while delivering quality products. You will cut, trim, and fabricate items, lift and move products, and work with knives and other tools in a hot or cold environment under USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
Some weekend work may be required. Starting pay ranges from $35,984 to $38,688 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching,
