The role includes a quarterly goal sharing program and Day 1 comprehensive benefits. Typical shifts run Monday–Friday with overtime available as needed. As a Welder, you will operate MIG welding equipment, inspect your work, perform repairs, and follow CPS in 5S and standard work.
