Senior Pastor Springs Baptist

Cool Springs Baptist Church in Sanford, NC is prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor to shepherd our multi-generational, Southern Baptist-affiliated church with an average attendance of 200 – 250. He is to be a humble, spiritually mature man of God who is above reproach, devoted to daily prayer and personal study. He must be devoted to God’s Inerrant and Infallible Word and committed to effective preaching and teaching.

He is to proclaim the Gospel of Christ, while fostering an environment of worship, spiritual growth, and discipleship. In addition, he will provide leadership and guidance for the staff. He will partner with the membership to develop a clear spirit inspired vision for our church and encourage its fulfillment.

Cool Springs is blessed with an excellent facility, involved leadership, active ministry to all ages and very mission minded. We believe we are poised to make a great impact for God’s Kingdom in Sanford as the area experiences increased growth. We seek someone who genuinely loves the Lord, is passionate about evangelism, serving and building relationships with people and their families and will lead us in our mission to share the gospel with Sanford and beyond.

Master’s Degree from Seminary

Experience:

3-5 years of Ministerial Experience
