Our Surgery/OR team is committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative environment. We are a community‑focused rural facility featuring six main operating rooms and one dedicated OB surgical suite. Our surgical services include general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and other specialties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced OR nurse to join our surgical team.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

• Applicants must have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of Operating Room RN experience required for PRN.
