As a Registered Nurse – Med Surg (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. • Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care
• Ensure all clinical and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and psychosocial needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient condition and physician directives
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment

• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care
