Ideal Candidate

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages stress well.

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs. and standing for several hours).

Starting pay depends on experience. All Cooks start as Trainees. After training, team members receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance. Leadership roles begin at Level III, with promotion opportunities available internally. Our franchise model allows employees to own their own business, with many franchisees starting as cooks or servers.
