Base
Shifts:
Switchers – 1 Clayton (1st shift only), 4 Sanford (1st & 2nd shift)
Shuttle Drivers – 12 Clayton, NC, 22 Sanford, NC (1st & 2nd shift)
Tractors / Assigned or Slip Seat: Switchers, day cabs, and a few sleepers – SLIP SEAT
Parking: Onsite
Work Week:
Shuttle – M–F or Sun–Thur
Switchers – Mon–Fri or Sun–Thur
(Some weekends)
Home Time: Daily & Weekends
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Scale (New Pay 6/1/2025):
$21.00 – 1st shift
$22.00 – 2nd shift
Pay Increase: Review annually
Bonus: $200.00 Quarterly Safety Bonus
Holiday Pay: Average of prior 52 weeks
Vacation Pay: Average pay prior 52 weeks
Guarantee Pay: N/A
Accessorial: $10.00 per flatbed load
Other Requirements: Flatbed (Clayton only) and Dry Van

Hours:
50–60 hours
Average Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,200 per week
Top 10% Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400 (60–70 hours)
Driver Unload: N/A
Job Description:
Shuttle – Local within 300-mile radius
Switchers – Yard switching (all switchers may be asked to shuttle some loads as needed).
All shuttle drivers may occasionally perform switcher moves as needed.
