- Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday, starting at 1:45 PM. - Pay range: $18.50 – $23.00+ per hour based on production.
- Must have electric pallet jack experience.
Position Purpose
- Warehouse associates maintain the efficient flow of products through the distribution process, ensuring quality standards.
- The role involves offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.
- Active & physically demanding work: standing entire shift, lifting, pushing or pulling cases between 32–50 lbs repeatedly.
- Full case order selectors typically pick 1,200–1,400 cases per shift.
Responsibilities
- Receive all inbound merchandise and locate the proper pick location.
- Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare for order selection.
- Ensure sufficient product placement to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintain a high level of detail: balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, etc.
- Transfer merchandise from receiving to the designated location; consolidate into picking containers as needed.
- Pack products securely in cartons and totes; apply shipping mark containers with truck run and stop number.
- Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products.
- Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pull orders according to the sequencing on the delivery route/run list.
- Record the number of materials or items received or distributed.
- Perform end‑of‑shift tasks: charge power equipment and verify completed work.
- Maintain an orderly workstation and return supplies to assigned locations.
- Follow preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures; ensure the work area is safe and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Electric pallet jack experience.
- Ability to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Capacity to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves up to 60–90 lbs, depending on location.
- Experience working in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass a post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
