Store Associate
Join our team as a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, a leading health solutions company dedicated to serving customers with compassion and care.
Position SummaryRetail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and help customers navigate our wide range of products and services.
Essential Functions- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving service issues.
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist in locating additional items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
- Remain standing for sustained periods.
- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and minimal force regularly.
- Have close visual acuity to perform tasks such as operating a computer terminal and reading small details.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Prior retail or customer‑service experience.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

Pay Range$16.50 - $23.50 per hour
