Position: Information Processing Technician

Location: Orange, CA

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of information processing or data entry experience (education or training may substitute).

Education: Coursework or training in secretarial sciences, office practices, business education, or a closely related field.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HB Staffing is seeking an Information Processing Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Enter and update data accurately in computerized systems.
• Produce reports, correspondence, and official documents.
• Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
• Format documents including spacing, tabs, and alignment.
• Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Maintain electronic and physical records.
• Perform general clerical and office support tasks.

• Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and written communication.
• Ability to type accurately at a professional speed.
• Proficiency with office software and data entry systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and Live Scan clearance.
