Location: Santa Ana, Ca
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours / week
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 5 months (temporary – busy season coverage)
Pay Rate: $20–$21/hr.
We’re seeking a Temporary Sales Support / Order Processing Specialist to provide crucial backup support to our sales team during our peak season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys structured, repetitive tasks. You’ll receive full training and follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency in every step.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately process sales orders using Net Suite
Support the sales team with day-to-day order-related tasks
Serve as a backup for critical processing functions
Perform light data entry using our internal database (CPP)
Generate and maintain Excel reports
Ensure quality and timeliness in all processing tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in work
Ability to learn quickly and follow SOPs
Strong computer proficiency, especially in Excel
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Experience with Net Suite is a strong plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
No specific degree required – relevant experience is key
Familiarity with:
Net Suite
Microsoft Excel
