Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences while growing our vehicle inventory through service-lane engagement and client outreach.

The Acquisition Specialist creates a VIP experience in the service drive by engaging customers, offering complimentary vehicle appraisals, and assisting clients interested in selling or upgrading their vehicles while supporting overall dealership sales efforts.
Pay for this position is $17 per hour plus commission. The expected pay is $45,000 to $100,000 per year.

- Automotive Experience not required, but a drive to succeed is!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers in person, over the phone, via email, and text.

Experience:
Deliver a VIP Service Drive experience by greeting service customers, building rapport, and offering complimentary vehicle appraisals and upgrade opportunities. - Outreach & Marketing: Proactively contact service clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages to generate acquisition and upgrade opportunities.
- Inventory Growth: Assist in appraising vehicles and acquiring customer-owned vehicles for dealership inventory.
- Sales Support: Sell vehicles and support customers interested in selling or upgrading their current vehicles while in service.
